Review Toysmith Robot Claw, Worth its weight in gold

My son insisted that he wanted a "robotic arm" for her birthday as his friend. This was her favorite gift! Uses him as a firefighter's outfit, a Carpenter's tool, he snatches toys from under the bed, reaching things off the shelves high, he chases his younger brother with it. the claw do a ratchet sound, but it is annoying not nearly as many of the toys "noise" out there. best 5 bucks I spent on a toy in a long time.

five stars because arm came in Nice and sturdy, (no loose screws) arrived on time (on a Sunday) and great packaging. (Extra bubble wrap). Now if you ask me about how well it works, I can't help you there. I have yet to buy the mirco controller.

6-year old son received this as a gift. He and his father build it within an hour, it was a little hard to put the pieces together for my husband-but perfect for small hands. My son was playing with it non stop and picking up items. He learned the controls within minutes. This is suitable for children from 8 years old, I would recommend that age unless an adult is helping
